Candles and relaxing music set the stage for this three-step treatment. Cliff House therapists begin with the Energizing Sea Therapy, followed by lightly massaging clients with warm seashells. This unique, gentle movement provides the benefits of improved circulation and cleansing of the lymphatic system, which is the highway that transports toxic elements out of the body.
Hydration Shea Butter Wrap finishes off this one hour and 50 minute treatment and guests may choose from Relaxing, Balancing or Energizing aromatic essential oils.
Additional treatments inspired by the Resort’s cliffside location include The Cliff House Signature Stone Massage that incorporates stones collected from the Resort’s Bald Head Cliff, The Cliff House Signature Facial, Blueberry Body Wrap and the Atlantic Well-Being Therapy.
