Package Plans
These packages include ROOM RATES, ONE DINNER and FULL BREAKFASTS for three- and four-night stays.
European
These are ROOM ONLY RATES with three-night minimum stay July 1 - August 31 and all holiday weekends. However, space will be sold for shorter periods of time at the hotel's discretion. Please call to inquire. Two-night minimum stay weekends off-season, except three nights on holiday weekends.
Special Packages
These packages combine ROOM RATES with some meals and offers for mid-week, special weekends, holidays, spa services and activities on the sea and on the golf course.
Full Resort Policies
Rates are effective from April 4 to December 6, 2008.
This site contains the European Plan room rates, Meal Plan and Packages. Guests arriving prior to 3:00 PM (check-in time) are welcome to enjoy the resort amenities — indoor pool, sauna and whirlpool, the game room, spa and fitness center. Checkout time is 11:00 AM. When making reservations, please note that your room preference will be given every consideration, but specific locations cannot be guaranteed. Reservations are valid only when confirmed by The Cliff House Resort & Spa. Our resort is a 100% non-smoking facility.
Accommodations
All units feature picture windows and decks with views of the coast and ocean, combination tub/shower baths, hair dryers, coffeemakers, cable TV, heat and air conditioning, direct dial phones and wired high-speed internet access at $9.95 daily. All public areas and some rooms are handicapped-accessible. 
All public areas and all guestrooms are non-smoking. A cleanup fee of $200 will be charged for violation of our non-smoking policy.
Only in Ledges, children 12 and under stay free in same room with parents. Extra person charge applies in all other buildings. Infants under 3: No charge in same room with parents. Cribs are $10 per day, plus tax. Housekeeping Service Charge: $1.00 per person, per day, automatically added to your room account. Canine pets accepted in certain rooms in Ledges only at $25 per day, plus tax. Please review our Pet Policies for more information.
Payment, Deposits, Refunds
We accept cash, Travelers Cheques, Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express anytime. Personal checks are accepted anytime with approval. US funds only.
We require a deposit on all reservations within 7 days. If an advance deposit is made by credit card, the card will be processed at the time the reservation is made. Deposits (less $25 processing fee per room) are refundable only if we are notified in writing 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. If reservations are made within 14 days of arrival, deposit is always non-refundable in case of cancellation. There are no refunds on late arrivals, early departures or on unused portions of packages and meal plans. Refunds are made by check or credit card. No shows and cancellations are subject to applicable taxes.
Meal Plan
A modified American Plan (Breakfast and Dinner) is $63 per person, per day, plus tax and service charge. Choice of full menu including appetizer, entrée and dessert for Dinner, and Sunday Breakfast Buffet as applicable.
Dining Room
Our Dining Room is a great favorite with guests, local residents and area visitors. You will find that both the view and the food are spectacular. Casual sportswear is acceptable for Breakfast and Lunch, while business casual is expected for the Dinner hours. Dinner reservations are always recommended prior to arrival. Ocean Terrace Lunch, cocktails and light fare are available from noon forward.
Spa Services
To ensure our ability to serve you, appointments should be made with the Spa Desk before arrival. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be billed at the full price of service. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in Spa amenities and activities.
