Payment, Deposits, Refunds
We accept cash, Travelers Cheques, Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express anytime. Personal checks are accepted anytime with approval. US funds only.
We require a deposit on all reservations within 7 days. If an advance deposit is made by credit card, the card will be processed at the time the reservation is made. Deposits (less $25 processing fee per room) are refundable only if we are notified in writing 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. If reservations are made within 14 days of arrival, deposit is always non-refundable in case of cancellation. There are no refunds on late arrivals, early departures or on unused portions of packages and meal plans. Refunds are made by check or credit card.
Our resort is a 100% non-smoking facility. A cleanup fee of $250 will be charged for violation of our non-smoking policy.
