Our 136th season plans include a grand finale with three delightful 2-night Gourmet Weekends. The Microbrew Tasting Weekend, November 14 -16, features the award-winning beers of Geary’s Brewing Company of Portland, Maine. Chef Michael has created a menu that introduces Geary's Pale Ale during the reception and serves London Porter with dessert. A New York Times blind taste test voted this beer “the best in the world”! But, you go right ahead and keep your eyes open so you can see the dessert of roasted pineapple ice cream. Check out the full menu and our Microbrew Package for more details.
Our first Wine Tasting Package on November 21 - 23 features the Napa Valley's Flora Springs, a family-owned winery and vineyard. Quarterly Review of Wines wrote, “Wines of such remarkable character and quality as to be in a class by themselves.” Chef has paired their Cabernet Sauvignon with the third course on the menu.
Our second Wine Tasting Package on December 5 - 7 is a Tuscan holiday featuring the fine wines of Rocca delle Macìe. The third course on the menu is served with a Chianti Classico Reserva. Its bright ruby red color and taste will transport you to the hills of Tuscany, where you will dine on Florentine-style steak!
