Guidelines:
1. Thank you for your participation. We are thrilled that you will join us for this year's holiday market. Please fill out this form so that we may proceed with detailed market planning.
2. Holiday 2025 Space Pricing: Standard Space/6ft Table $100 : Premium Space/12ft Table $150. Payment is accepted by cash or check only, and is due by load-in on Sunday, December 7, 2025. (Please note we have maintained 2024 pricing).
3. Makers are required to provide their own payment processing system, packaging, linens, and display items. Makers must remove 'all' items brought to market, including refuse.
4. Cliff House Maine will provide one 6ft table and 2 chairs per standard spot. Two 6ft tables and 2 chairs per premium spot. Booths with power are limited. Please indicate need for power below.
5. Room layouts and table assignments are determined by CHM (special location requests cannot be accommodated). Load-in + out and parking instructions will be supplied prior to the market and must be strictly adhered to.
6. Market will be open for public entry from 11am - 2pm (with a CHM guest pre-market from 10am - 11am). All tables must be manned and accessible to attendees during full hours of the market.
7. Makers will have access to an exclusive CHM room rate for the nights of Saturday 12/6 and/or Sunday 12/7. A link to book this rate was supplied in this email.
