CLIFF HOUSE MAINE APPOINTS NEW LEADERSHIP AS PART OF $40 MILLION PROPERTY TRANSFORMATION

Southern Maine Oasis Introduces John Bradway as Director of Sales and Marketing and Gail Campagna as the Director of People Services

Cape Neddick, ME (May 25, 2016) – Cliff House Maine is pleased to announce the acquisition of two highly skilled and experienced hospitality leaders, John Bradway as Director of Sales and Marketing and Gail Campagna as Director of People Services. Bradway and Campagna will play pivotal roles in redefining the upscale coastal Maine property leading up to the reopening in August 2016, following the completion of the first phase of a transformative revitalization.

John Bradway joins the Cliff House team with over 20 years of managerial hospitality marketing experience in the luxury resort sector. After graduating from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, Bradway went on to work at The Breakers Palm Beach as Assistant Club Operations Manager, Director of Reservations, Director of Strategic Marketing and ultimately, Director of Innovation. He has also served as Director of Marketing at Round Hill Hotel & Villas in Montego Bay, Jamaica, and Senior Director of Brand Management at Denihan Hospitality Group in Manhattan. Most recently, Bradway was at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, formerly The Ritz-Carlton Palm Beach, where he developed the entire marketing and branding program in two years.

“I love to create, build, imagine and implement, so I’m thrilled to be a part of the repositioning process for such a unique property in an incomparable setting,” said John Bradway, Director of Sales and Marketing at Cliff House Maine. “I look forward to bringing my experience to Cliff House as we introduce a new definition of coastal chic to the market.”

Bradway was born and raised on a 500-acre dairy farm in western Massachusetts, growing up in a 320-year-old farmhouse where he developed his love for nature and New England. In his new position as Director of Sales and Marketing he is responsible for leading the property’s complete repositioning and revitalization, overseeing all sales, catering, revenue management, reservations and marketing activities. Bradway is focused on community outreach, developing unique customer experiences, and working to attract both the local New England market and beyond, who are seeking the very best in a coastal resort luxury experience.

Gail Campagna celebrates her nine-year anniversary with Destination Hotels as she enters her new role as Director of People Services of Cliff House. This is her third Destination Hotels property, previously at Royal Palms Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Arizona and Cliff House sister property, Stowe Mountain Lodge in Stowe, Vermont. With over 20 years of human resource experience in the hospitality industry and a seasoned member of the Destination Hotels family, Campagna brings premier recruiting, training and employee relations to ensure the overall functionality of the property. She returns to the East Coast to build all facets of the human resources department and shape an award winning team through recruitment of 160 associates.

“I’m excited to utilize my passion to develop and grow this property, while cultivating careers,” said Gail Campagna, Director of People Services at Cliff House Maine. “By optimizing the impact Cliff House has on both a local and national scale, this unmatched Southern Maine resort will thrive.”

Born and raised in Vermont, Campagna knows New England and all that it embraces for natives as well as what draws tourists to the region. She recently joined the York Land Trust volunteer program to apply her passion for gardening to manage and restore Maine ecosystems.
