For your tour, up to 10 guests are invited to a harvesting demonstration and private raw bar experience, all within a truly unique setting - a secluded haven nestled amidst the serenity of an 85-acre oyster farm. The rustic charm of a post and beam cabana, affectionately known as the "Love Shack" situated adjacent to the tranquil waters will be your home-base to relax, and enjoy nature + this fresh New England delicacy.
The team at New England Superior Oysters will share intriguing facts about their farm and its bounty, the environment, harvesting, flavors and preparation. Guests will delight in the authentic flavors of the freshest oysters imaginable.
Whether you are a seafood aficionado, a nature enthusiast, or simply seeking an escape from the ordinary, this farm tour promises an experience that marries education with enchantment. 2-hours total duration (plus a travel time of 35 minutes) - 1 hour harvesting demonstration and 1 hour curated private raw bar
