WEEKLY FEATURED EXPERIENCES  Weekly features include experiences from soothing sound baths to skincare rituals and longevity micro-habits.

(Limited space based on capacity. Advance registration is required. These events are open to the public)

September 3 (7:00 PM) - Recovery Lab

An interactive recovery circuit featuring guided mobility, compression therapy, percussion massage, infrared wellness, foam rolling and assisted stretching. Guests rotate through stations and identify the tools most useful for their bodies.

What To Wear: Comfortable clothing suitable for stretching + a water bottle.

September 10 (7:00 PM) - Coastal Reset

Create a personalized fall reset ritual and learn simple acupressure techniques to use at home. Guided breathwork, coastal meditation, intention setting and journaling, paired with practical acupressure techniques for stress relief. 

What To Wear: Comfortable clothing suitable for stretching + a water bottle.

September 17 (7:00 PM) - Forest Bathing + Blueberry Tea Ceremony

Experience the forest through all five senses and create a ritual inspired by the Maine landscape. A guided sensory walk through Tillers Row using sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste, followed by a Maine blueberry tea ceremony with local treats.

What To Wear: Comfortable clothing, walking shoes, outer layers/jacket (weather dependent).
