Held on select Sundays throughout the year, we invite you to join our Study of Maine Culinary Class series. Taking place in our Weare Cottage*, amidst pampering of cozy couches, coastal views and a gourmet kitchen, you will be hosted by our culinary team for a sumptuous experience. Guests are welcome to actively participate or simply sit back and observe as delectable Maine-inspired treats come to life! Each class is accompanied by a curated wine pairing and champagne, based on the day's featured menu.

This exclusive series, is dedicated to bringing seasonal, regional fare to Cliff House guests through our continued cultivation of relationships with local fisherman, farmers, distillers and ranchers - all of which are showcased in our daily menus and via this unique and interactive experience.

Advance reservations are required. Overnight stay guests please connect with our Concierge to reserve your space 207.361.6245.  Classes are $65 per guest, unless otherwise noted. 24-hour advance notice is required for cancellation. Class sizes are limited to 12 guests.

*Please note, based on the availability of Weare Cottage, this class may take place in alternative locations.
